FIREPROOF YOUR LIFE

Daniel 3: 13-30

Fireproof does not mean that the fire will not come, what it does mean is that when the fire comes, you will be able to withstand it.

FOUR ASPECTS OF LIVING A FIREPROOF LIFE (Ephesians 6: 10-18)

1. Realize that fireproofing only comes from God. (v.10-11)

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. (Eph. 6:10, KJV)

When we are talking about fireproofing our lives, the only true security and strength comes from God. That is why we are told in our text to, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

2. Realize that the Fire is Spiritual. (v.12)

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against power, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Eph. 6:12, KJV)

3. Fireproofing your life requires fireproof materials (v.14-18)

Putting on the Full Armor of God will keep up from being destroyed in the fires of life.

* Belt of Truth
* Breastplate of Righteousness
* Shoes of Peace
* Helmet of Salvation
* Sword of the Spirit (The Word)
* Shield of Faith.

We cannot do anything apart from prayer. (Communicate w/ the Fire Marshall.)

4. Realize that fireproofing your life must be done PRIOR to the fire.

Just as Firemen prepare both physically and mentally to be thrust into a fiery situation, so should believers.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Isaiah 43:2

Men and Women of integrity will stand their ground and live out their values even if God does not save them. It is not a case of I will, if God does. 

Men and Women full of integrity and faith will always live a
FIREPROOF LIFE.
